2019.10.30 – Hard Faced Roll Refurbishment

Kubes Steel offers refurbishment services for hard faced rolls used in several industries including aggregates / mining, coal and manufacturing / steel making. After gouging out the cracked sections, they are welded back in with alloy steel and then smoothed down in preparation for hard faced overlay. Rolls of this kind can also be straightened as part of our maintenance services.
