Kubes was selected as the fabricator to make these towers for electrical transmission lines. Each half is formed on our newest brake press and then welded together before shipping out to the installation site. Here, our operators are forming one of the halves and we can see a completed half as well.

The beams for this sculpture were rolled by Kubes and shipped to Russell, Manitoba where it was installed over one of the main intersections in town. This project was part of a community effort to replace the previous wooden arch sculpture. After considering several designs and materials, Kubes was selected to provide all the work including sourcing the W18 x 46 beams, rolling them to shape and welding of beams and plate members. Assembled beams were shipped to site ready to erect.
Our forming methods are precise. We can custom bend and form all types of metal to any profile required. These troughs are pressed and then rolled from 1/4" thick mild steel to become oil vats. These pieces are held to within 1/16” on the ends.
