Kubes Steel is your one stop shop for custom fabrication. Here we’re working on another large scale fabrication job. These curved steel plates have had bracing and flanges installed after rolling.

Kubes Steel turned flat plate steel into these tower halves using our brake presses and plate roller. The halves will be assembled on site by the customer.

This combustion tube was custom fabricated by Kubes Steel to strict tolerances. The tube is 26′ long with the shape held at a diameter of 77″ on each end. Made of mild steel, the tube will be coated with a ceramic lining before going into service. 

Kubes specializes in custom fabrication jobs like this. As a full service shop, we were able to take the drawings and deliver the finished pieces. These Slag Runner sections were fully assembled in our yard to ensure a seamless fit before delivery.

These spiraled staircase stringers are custom fabricated by Kubes Steel. We roll and assemble them in our shop and ship direct to site.

Kubes had to use a special setup to achieve the bends required by our customer when fabricating these staircase treads.

Kubes was selected as the fabricator to make these towers for electrical transmission lines. Each half is formed on our newest brake press and then welded together before shipping out to the installation site. Here, our operators are forming one of the halves and we can see a completed half as well.

The beams for this sculpture were rolled by Kubes and shipped to Russell, Manitoba where it was installed over one of the main intersections in town.
